Great selection of batteries and bulbs. Not the best prices but worth being able to get merchandise the same day. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I had purchased the wrong item on line for pickup but the staff was able to get me the correct battery. Great experience.

TL:DR - After an initial problem with a battery replacement, the phone was repaired to like-new condition within a short amount of time and I also received $20 off the battery replacement for my hassles. Mgr John Sanchez took great care of me. During the battery replacement on 11/27 a small tear occurred in the ribbon cable, causing the cameras and flash/flashlight to no longer function. Didn't realize this until after I got home that evening, but my daughter noticed right away. This morning, I spoke to John on the phone and explained the situation. I brought the phone back to the store, where he promptly investigated and fixed the issue. On top of that, he gave me a $20 credit towards the initial battery replacement for my hassles, which was unexpected but a very nice gesture. The phone works great now, and I have a happy daughter once again. Tragedy averted! ;-) John, thanks for going above and beyond. Give this man a raise, Batteries Plus! Fred

The online ordering was quick and easy. Was able to just run in and grab the battery. I love the fact the battery is all set to go. Installed it into the motorcycle and it started right up.
